OUR PROCESS

Many Manage Risk, We Design It

1. Client Requirements Gathering and Review

Guarantee the new vessel conforms to specified technical requirements and complies with company operating standards and expectations throughout the construction and delivery
process.

2. Key Areas of Supervision

Oversee all aspects of ship construction, from steel fabrication and paint application to technical installation, outfitting, architectural construction, finishing, systems and equipment verification, as well as functionality testing and commissioning

3. Progress and Process Evaluation

Arrange and attend shipyard meetings to oversee vessel construction for the designated class. Report and rectify non-conformities and defects found, ensuring corrective actions are taken.

Maintain detailed construction records, anticipate possible delays, and provide regular updates to the ship owner.

4. Reporting Development

We shape our new building supervision process using past learnings from similar vessel classes. Our in-house reporting method is key, while we also utilize 'Nauticus Construction'
by DNVGL for efficient control and reporting.
